Dr. Sunčana Kišić-Merlo was born in Zadar where she attended elementary and high school. She graduates from the School of Dental Medicine, University of Zagreb in 1996 as the highest ranking student of the generation 1991/1992. She receives the Rector’s Award for the best student thesis in 1996. Having completed master’s thesis on orthodontics, she acquires the title of Magistra of Biomedical Sciences in 1999.
She starts orthodontics specialty in 2001, completed with specialty exam in 2005, and begins regular work in Nika Polyclinic. Following her specialty, Dr. Kišić-Merlo dedicates to self-ligating systems in fixed orthodontics. She continues education and attends numerous courses, symposiums and congresses in Croatia and abroad. In 2016, she completes “Master Damon” education in Madrid under the tutorship of Dr. Rafael García Espejo and Dr. Ramón Perera.

Sunčana is in love with orthodontics and esthetic dentistry. In her free time, you can find her gardening, playing guitar, cycling, as well as swimming along some of the Zadar archipelago islands. She loves skiing and mountains… But above all else, she is dedicated to her family.

She is a member of Croatian Chamber of Dental Medicine, Croatian Orthodontic Society, Croatian Society of Orthodontics - Croatian Medical Association, European Orthodontists Society (EOS) and World Federation of Orthodontists (WFO).
She is married and a mother of three.

Dr. Mirela Cicvarić was born in Brčko, Bosnia & Herzegovina. She graduates from the School of Dental Medicine, University of Zagreb in 1999. Following her graduation, she works in several dental offices, before finally joining the Nika Dental Polyclinic team in 2007, where she is in charge of Restorative and Preventive Dentistry Office. She continues her education at courses and congresses in Croatia and abroad.
She is married and a mother of three.

Vjera Ružička, dental assistant, was born in Zadar, where she attended elementary and medical high school. She has been working as an assistant in orthodontic office ever since 1991. She has been in Nika Dental Polyclinic since 2005.

Maša Ivanić was born in Zadar where she attended elementary school. Following the Applied Arts High School in Split, she graduated from Textile and Clothing Design at the Faculty of Textile Technology, University of Zagreb. She has been part of Nika Dental Polyclinic team since 2006. She is in charge of Administration and Patient Communication Office.
